Sushi

Todd Ritter one of our Chef/Partners is from Alaska and has studied the art of preparing fresh seafood for 10 years. If you are interested in trying some of our sushi our minimum begins at $20 per person. As far as menu planning goes we have a host of sustainable fisherman we work with and purveyors ask and we'll let you know whats in season!

Want to have a good old fashioned BBQ? We are here for you starting at $10 per person minimum. We can work with your budget and make a lasting impression on your guests one of our Chef/Partners Graham Calabria spent almost 2 years in South America studying churrasco (Brazilian BBQ) and assador de gaucho (Argentinean Cowboy Smoking) he also grew up in the capital of BBQ country the south! Specializing in Pit Roasts, Assador, Open Fire Grelhar, Hanging, and Iron Cross smoking. He can get the job done.
